We believe in: The divine origin, inspiration, infallibility, preservation, and final authority of the Bible as God’s Word to man. (The King James Bible). The one God (eternally existent Father, Son, and Holy Spirit) Who created man by a direct immediate act; The preexistence, incarnation, virgin birth, sinless life, miracles, substitutionary death, bodily resurrection, ascension to Heaven, and the Second Coming of the Lord Jesus Christ; The fall of man, the need of regeneration by the operation of the Holy Spirit on the basis of grace alone, and the resurrection of all: to life or damnation; The spiritual relationship of all believers in the Lord Jesus Christ, living a life of righteous works, separated from the world, witnessing of His saving grace and sanctifying power through the ministry of the Holy Spirit.
The statement of faith does not exhaust the extent of our beliefs. The Bible itself, as the inspired and infallible Word of God that speaks with final authority concerning truth, morality, and the proper conduct of mankind, is the sole and final source of all that we believe. For purposes of Salisbury Christian School’s faith, doctrine, practice, policy, and discipline, the board of Salisbury Community Bible Church is Salisbury Christian School’s final interpretive authority on the Bible’s meaning and application. Those who teach at Salisbury Christian School are chosen as a ministry of the church and accept the role of teacher as a ministry calling given by God.
Students and parents are expected to regularly attend a Bible-believing church.
